Yoga Teacher Training Graduation--A Visual Celebration

Today’s article is a visual celebration of my most recent yoga teacher training graduation, which happened Monday, July 29.  Nothing is more inspiring (in my life and my writing) than the accomplishments of my yoga students!

We started by setting intentions.

Then we ended our final practice by spending time together in a circle.

We enjoyed food,

Some presents,

And of course, a little bubbly.

We finished with lots of celebratory hugs.

There was even a handstand or two (sequenced appropriately, of course).

Thanks to everyone who joined me on this journey. A special thanks to their family and friends who allowed me to steal them every Monday.  I look forward to starting again with many of this lovely group in my advanced teacher training starting this October.
