How Sick Am I?

This is weird, be patient with me, I know this isn't my usual blog day. I don't know  how sick I am.  It seems to change hourly.  Right now I'm back in the hospital.  I had been moved to a nursing home for rehab but then  I went in yesterday morning for a checkup with my infectious disease doctor who discovered something seriously wrong with my kidney function and put me back in the hospital (though I felt fine).  Late last night I woke up frightened and confused, peeing all over everything and unable to understand where I was or what was going on.  This morning I'm close to normal, I think.  I know it's Thursday the 21st of April and I'm in Abbott Northwest Hospital where I'm being treated for a serious malfunction in my kidneys and a serious infection in my right knee. Two days ago I had begun rehab, was able to walk short distances, hold coherent conversations, make some decisions about my care.  I know my skin feels so tight around my hands and feet that if you stuck a fork in my hand you'd get a little fountain squirting up.  I know last time I looked I've lost forty pounds.  I have three doctors, a nephrologist (kidney), osteologist (bone), and infectious disease, and I think each of them has a slightly (?) different idea of what the problem is and how to fix it.  One wants me to walk around some more to work the muscles and circulate the blood, another wants me to rest the joint, and I'm not sure about the 3rd.  Meanwhile the skin is peeling off my face and my legs and arms are covered with a kind of red slurry that is an allergic reaction to the powerful antibiotics being sent in through a "pick" in my upper right arm.

Just how Ill am I?  Your guess is as good as mine.
