Continuing My Farewell to Alpha Force

Last week I wrote about starting my last Harlequin Nocturne.  I've been moving right along with writing that book, the ninth in my Alpha Force miniseries.

I've also been re-reading some of the first eight, since this one will take place at the same military base where a few of the other novels were set, and some of the earlier protagonists, both heroes and heroines, will also appear in this, most likely my farewell to Alpha Force.  And my own version of shapeshifters.  I want this book to be a good farewell, and filling my mind with its predecessors will hopefully help with that.

This isn't my first series to end.  The most recent was my Superstition Mysteries, and its last book was published a year ago.  My Kendra Ballantyne, Pet-Sitter Mysteries, and its spin-off Pet Rescue Mysteries, ended quite a while ago, and I still miss all of them.

But I'm writing a lot of other fun stuff now, including my Barkery & Biscuits Mysteries and my upcoming K-9 Ranch Rescue miniseries for Harlequin Romantic Suspense, which I've mentioned before.

And then there are the other ideas floating around in my head, and down, down to my fingers...

Yes, hopefully, there'll be more to come.

Thanks! And they nearly all involve dogs.
