I feel the same way. I love to learn new things and when they don't work out I want to throw my computer out the window. At least that's how I used to feel. Now I try to solve the problem, get frustrated, look to Google for advice, and when all else fails I call Apple support. I have a Twitter account but rarely use it, although I do get emails that have posts I might be interested in seeing. I admire your trying to figure it out, though.
