Under The Weather

I’m not sure of the origin of the phrase “under the weather” and I’m currently not feeling well enough to check it out, but I guess that’s what I am.

I’m not sure whether this is the worst allergy attack I’ve had in ages or a cold or both, but I’m congested and coughing and sound like someone reprogrammed my voice into something deep and incomprehensible.

I don’t like feeling this way, especially since I want to nap rather than write, and that’s not me all! At least the dogs are understanding and not demanding to go out every ten minutes.  Half an hour to an hour?  Well, yeah.

Anyway, I just had them out so it’s time to lie down again.  I hope this goes away soon!

How about you--does this weather, and the stuff in the air, affect you?

{{hugs}} Hope you feel better soon.

Yes, I get weather-induced migraines, especially when it's Hot, Humid and Hazy.

Thanks, Dru. I do feel a bit better now although I still especially hate how I sound! Sorry to hear about your migraines. It must be hard to know what causes them but not be able to do anything about it. Wish we could change the weather!

I'm sorry you don't feel well. But just think of how easy everything will seem when you're all well
