Looming Deadline

It will be a short blog this week. The deadline for A TANGLED YARN got moved because I lost a bunch of work on my computer. That deadline was last Tuesday. I’m almost finished but not quite so I have until this coming Monday, but it has to be turned in then.

I have been holed up in the tiny room I work in for days. I have been letting most everything go until I hit that send button. Sunday I made a run to Trader Joe’s and bought food so we wouldn’t starve in the meantime.

I am just to the part where the killer is revealed and all the hows and whys come out. It is a tricky part to write. How to get the information out without it seeming like a boring information dump. And then there are all the things to tie up and explain.

I put updating my website for HOOKING FOR TROUBLE on the back burner until I send off A TANGLED YARN.

I did finish one of the projects for the book. It’s a win-win as it is also a baby blanket for my soon to be born grandson.

I left Casey in jeopardy. I better get back and get her out of trouble.

I empathize with you, Betty! Hope you don't struggle too much to finish your manuscript.
