Sorry I'm Late

Yikes! This new year is progressing fast. I haven’t been paying attention to which day is which, and so I’m posting this late.

I’m writing, of course, and as always that keeps me busy. There are some other potential plans going on in my life that are also taking up time. I’m watching for the few raindrops in L.A., although that seems over again for a while.

I’m nearly finished with the first draft of the third Shelter of Secrets book for Harlequin Romantic Suspense. As I’ve previously mentioned, probably too much, the second will be published in May 2022: Guardian K-9 On Call.

I did make contributions to the Los Angeles Zoo and a local animal shelter on January 17 in honor of Betty White’s 100th birthday. Judging by all the posts I saw in social media and the news, I gather that quite a few animal-related organizations received contributions in her memory, a very good thing.

Okay, late or not, I’m going to post this now. Have a good week!

It's amazing how fast the time is going. The last few weeks seem to have melted. Wasn't it just New Years Day?

Yes, New Years Day feels like yesterday, Betty. Don't know why this year seems to be going even faster than others.
