This
weekend starts a busy time for me, mostly related to books and promotion--especially
since my latest mystery BAD TO THE BONE will be a May release. My first event will be the Los Angeles Times
Festival of Books.
The
festival takes place on both Saturday and Sunday, and I will be there both
days. On Saturday, I'll be volunteering
at the Romance Writers of America booth in the afternoon. I won't be there in the morning since I'll be
taking Cari to her puppy class.
Then,
on Sunday, I'll be signing at the Sisters in Crime booth in the morning, then
helping out at the Mystery Writers of America booth, and finally signing at the
Mystery Ink booth. There are a lot of
speakers this year but I'll be pretty busy so even if I could still get tickets
to any talks I doubt I'll do so.
I'm
telling you this so that if you happen to be in the L.A.
