Yes, I know I'm late. My excuse this time? A power outage yesterday!
I live in LA, and the heat
here has caused a lot of power outages, including one at my house. I usually write my blog post here a day
early. Guess what. No computer service.
It lasted for a couple of
hours but I didn't try booting up again last night. And this morning I had an exercise session so
I again didn't get on the computer.
So here I am. Hi!
And now I need to get back to my writing--and hope that, when my
computer screen died in front of my face yesterday, the changes I'd made while
editing actually remain there.
Hope you're having a good
week with all the power, and air conditioning, you need. Yes, I definitely missed the AC for a while,
too. It's hot right now in LA! But fortunately, the AC works most of the
time--and my pups each try to lie in front of one of the vents while it's on,
their closest thing to a disagreement.

I felt for everybody whose power went off. I'm glad yours came back on and I hope you didn't lose any work.
