Two Steps Forward

             … And one step back. Or more.

Yes, I’ve been working on my current Harlequin Romantic Suspense Story, though slower than I’d like. And I discovered this week that there’s an issue with the timing in the story. I naturally stopped and went back to fix it. Still working on that, but not going forward as much as I’d like—especially considering other stuff going on in my life.

            What’s that? Well, one of the main things is the time it’s taking to fix a glitch in my cell phone service. My phone is old and running out of power fairly quickly and sometimes stopping, so I figured it was time to get a new one. Only, the place I ordered it, a kiosk at Costco for my server, messed up and put another number from our account onto the new phone I received—and the main company still hasn’t fixed it! My husband and I have literally been spending hours at their nearest store to try to get it fixed, including getting a label sent to return that new but unused phone, but there are pass code and password issues and stuff I can’t even follow. Well, hopefully soon…

            But I’m missing more writing time. And spending time with my pups while we’re out handling this.
