Legal Claim Update of Sorts

             Okay, I’m sure you’re tired of hearing about it, and hopefully this will be my next-to-last mention of it, but I finally submitted my claim form.  It took even longer than I’d anticipated because there were columns of blanks I wasn’t sure how to fill out and I had questions about the submission. But I did get answers and filled everything out—hopefully correctly—and sent it in. I even got an acknowledgement that it was received. All good in it? Don’t know yet, but I was informed they’d let me know if anything needed to be modified. So why is this my next-to-last mention? Well, I figure after all this, if I hear anything—especially if I actually am compensated for the pirating—I’ll let you know.

            Meanwhile, yes, I’m writing, editing and researching as I usually do. I’ve been informed that the first book in my new K-9 Crime Solvers series for Harlequin Romantic Suspense won’t be published until late next year, but that won’t stop me from working on the second or third or other things!
