Progress
I'm busy. A deadline is approaching. I'm working hard
to meet it. But I've also been working on lots of edits for the prior book I
was under deadline for.
Will I meet that deadline? Yes, I'm working hard, but there are still other
things interfering with it so I can't be sure. I'm stressed, but it's a good
kind of stress to be under.
So, instead of writing more here
now, I'd better get back to work!

I know what you mean about a good kind of stress. I'm dealing with it too.
I'm feeling a little better now despite the stress still hanging there. But I got a deadline extension so that helps! Good luck with your good stress.
