Groundhog Day

As I said last week, nothing much is changing around here.  I'm home nearly all the time and writing. And walking the dogs daily, though we're going as early as we can now since the weather has become hot.

It's kind of like the movie Groundhog Day, where each day was pretty much like the one before. Oh, not exactly. I did make a brief outing yesterday to go to our local Barnes & Noble to pick up an order of books I'd made online, and I stopped at a supermarket on the way home to pick up some necessities.

Otherwise, I'm at home. And, as I said, writing. And to some extent allowing social media to interrupt me when my mind needs a break, which unfortunately is too often since I'm allowing myself to get distracted.

And, yes, doing online and other crosswords and other word games daily. And obeying the dogs in addition to walking them.

Will I have more to say next week? Tune in then and find out!

Is Barnes & Noble open? I haven't even thought about anything but food places open. You are right. It does feel like the movie Groundhog Day. Stay well!

The B&Ns are not open as far as I know, but you can order books and arrange to pick them up yourself outside some of the stores--including the Bookstar in Studio City. You stay well, too!
