Oh, yes, puppy Roxie still keeps me
busy. But she’s starting to figure out our routines, as we are figuring out hers.
That means, after playing with her
and tiring her out, I can put her in a crate in my office where, knowing she
has company, she’ll fall asleep and let me work, at least most of the time.
She’s even getting along fairly well
with Cari, our older Cavalier. We still give Cari as much attention as we can.
And Cari’s getting a bit more playful, joining in when we play with Roxie and
the two of them even chase each other in fun now and then.
I do need to write a lot now. As I
mentioned before, I’ve been doing blogs and articles to promote my upcoming books
to be published in May, including BEAR WITNESS, my first Alaska Untamed Mystery
for Crooked Lane, to be published under my first pseudonym, Lark O. Jensen. Some
of those blogs posts will be included in my Great Escapes Blog Tour. I’m also
promoting my May Harlequin Romantic Suspense book GUARDIAN K-9 ON CALL.
I’m also working on another HRS book
as well as the next Alaska Untamed mystery.
And taking time out to play with my
pups!
And yes, I’m even breathing now and
then.
