May Mayhem

             My life has been especially busy the past few days. For part of last week, I was on a fun trip visiting friends in San Diego with my pups along. Did I get any writing work done? Nope!

            I’m home now, though, working on those blogs and articles and interviews I mentioned previously, including for my Great Escapes Blog Tour, to promote my May books that are now published including BEAR WITNESS, my first Alaska Untamed Mystery for Crooked Lane, under my first pseudonym, Lark O. Jensen. I’m also promoting my May Harlequin Romantic Suspense book GUARDIAN K-9 ON CALL.

            I haven’t had time to work on the other books I’m under deadline for, although so far things look okay.

            And taking care of my pups does take time, especially puppy Roxie. But it’s so much fun playing with her and our older dog Cari. Cari hadn’t shown much interest in chasing balls and toys for a while, but she does now since she sees the attention Roxie is given for such games. And every once in a while, they start chasing each other around the room!

            Time to go play again and wear Roxie out so she’ll sleep in her crate beside me while I’m writing.
