Oops!

            Sorry I'm late posting this.

I could blame it on the continuing rain, but since it’s continuing that wouldn’t work.

I could blame it on our power outage yesterday, but it only lasted for an hour so I could have written a post some other time.

There’s not much new to report anyway. I’m still working on my fourth Shelter of Secrets story for Harlequin Romantic Suspense and will be working on it for a while.

I’m still enjoying promoting my latest release, the third Shelter of Secrets story, UNDERCOVER COWBOY DEFENDER.

I’m still enjoying acting as a dog mama, as I always am.

Hope you’re having a good day and a good week!

Good morning -- Sounds like your life is fairly easy going at the moment -- that's good. Same for me.

It's been raining off and on for the past three days -- just a gentle rain, which is the best. All my patio plants are looking good. There was a hummingbird flitting around -- tiny little thing, Several years ago, we were way up in the mountains in Colorado, staying at a resort, and there were at least 50 of the birds in the courtyard -- lots of flowers. First time I'd ever been around so many at one time -- amazing the noise they make.

Every March there is a big art show in Phoenix called "Art Detour." My son is an abstract artist and has several works hanging in one of the galleries. We're going there today, then probably to lunch.

Enjoy your day -- keep dry.

Good morning, Patty. I'll try to keep dry, although it's pouring at the moment. At least there was a break so we could take the dogs for a walk.

How fun hat you'll get to see your son's work displayed at the art show!

Hope you enjoy our day and keep dry too.

Hi Linda -- I just saw the news report of the tornado yesterday near Los Angeles -- was it anywhere near you? Do you and Betty live near each other?

I lived in Texas for a number of years and saw numerous tornadoes -- always from a distance, thank goodness. We had a tornado shelter in the yard and only went to it one time -- the warning said a tornado was headed east along California Street -- we lived two houses off California!! Thank goodness, the storm veered off to the south before it got to us and went across open land.

After several days of rain, it's gorgeous here today -- brilliant blue sky.

Enjoy the rest of your day and, of course, enjoy your dogs.

Good Sunday afternoon -- I was just on the Walmart website, ordering some cute fabrics, and I saw they have fabric printed with Cavalier King Charles spaniels. I read your comment on Betty's site that you were buying dog print items.
