I belong to a group called Writers in Residence. I used to be able to meet with some of the members monthly for lunch, but most have moved away. But we do have a weekly blog and all participate in writing for it now and then.
It was my turn today, and I chose to write about themes in writers’ writing. I mostly told about my own theme: dogs. That’s also my established theme here at Killer Hobbies and has been for quite a whlle.
And yes, the current story I’m working on, first in a new series, will include dogs! So will the other books in the series.
Nothing new about that, especially if you read any of my books or any of my prior blog posts.
So… Arf! I’m still writing—and talking
to my own dogs.

Woof to you!! My daughter's dog has his own email site and the kids from her 4th grade class send him messages and he replies -- they love that!!
Still hot here though moderating a bit -- no more 114 days, thank goodness. The monsoon season has been very dry -- only a couple good rain showers. Got about 30 drops yesterday!!
