My First Post of December!

Yes, another month has started, the last one of 2024. I always say time is going fast, and this is good evidence of it. It’s almost 2025!

I already received my copies of my 2025 Harlequin Romantic Suspense book CANINE REFUGE, the last of the Shelter of Secrets stories, an April release. I’m delighted to have them! Next, I’ll need to figure out when to start sending copies out for promotion.

Not much different happening with my writing at the moment. It still consists right now of working on the first story in my new series for Harlequin Romantic Suspense. I’m having fun focusing not only on the romance and the suspense in the story—the necessity of finding some violent smash-and-grabbers—but yes, determining which dogs are in which scenes. It helps that the hero trains K-9s and service dogs. Oh, also that the heroine is a private investigator.

Enjoy your December, everyone. And it’s still the holiday season according to all the ads I see and receive, and it will be till next year, so enjoy that too!

I still think the 90's weren't that long ago. I can't believe my daughter graduated from high school 30 years ago. Time does fly and sometimes drag at the same time. I'm trying hard to live each day as it comes and enjoy as much as I possibly can. Hope you have a most wonderful, magical holiday season.

The 90's weren't THAT long ago, Sally. And I haven't determined the dates when my sons graduated from high school but it was quite a while ago. But though getting older has its drawbacks, there are some good things about it too. And I wish you a wonderful, magical, delightful holiday season as well!
