In a couple of weeks, I’m going to a
special event in celebration of the California Wildlife Center. Can’t wait! I
love dogs, but I also enjoy wildlife, hearing about it and seeing it, so I’m
hoping to use this dinner, and the accompanying lectures, as research for an
idea I’m working on. Not sure I’ll get to meet any wildlife but there should at
least be pictures and videos.
Most of the wildlife in my own life
is what’s in my backyard and the park I go to for exercise. That involves mostly
a variety of birds as well as squirrels that like to eat what’s in my husband’s
garden. Not sure how I’ll use that in my writing, but we’ll see.
In any case, I’m still working on my
current Harlequin Romantic Suspense Story. Almost done with the first draft, so
major editing is coming up.
Oh,
and in case you recall what I’ve talked about over the past three weeks, my
telephone server issue, no, it’s not resolved yet. There’s been a little progress
made, at least. But once again, please wish me luck!

Good luck with your phone. I'm having an interesting time with my landline. The network is fine, my phones are fine, but often when I am on a call the person I am talking to can't hear me yet I hear every word they say. I just replaced all the batteries thinking I had solved the problem. But today it happened again. I am thinking there must be some interference out it the air somewhere. I will just use my cell phone for important calls. What is weird is that this doesn't happen all the time, just some of the time.
